The Gluons 45 was the first record released by Denver’s Wax Trax Records. Singer Mike Chappelle indicated that there were five pressings of 1000 each. The variations in the Gluons 45 are probably more than what are noted here. The color silkscreen, heavy stock sleeve was first, and the black and white sleeves were later; no idea about label color. Most copies came with an insert and some came with stamped inner sleeves.

Mike Chappelle later released a full LP with Allen Ginsberg titled Allen Ginsberg With Still Life, on Local Anesthetic in 1983.
