RAVERS 7" EP

(Screwball Records - SBX-001) 1977

SIDE 1: Cops Are Punks - Big Star
SIDE 2: Another Lesson

Recorded in April, 1977 at Mountain Ears in Boulder shortly before the Ravers changed their name to the Nails and relocated to New York City. Early copies are unstamped on the cover and labels; remaining copies were stamped with the new band name on the outer sleeve and labels.

Although this EP can be counted as the first (late 70s) Punk record from Colorado, the production leaves much to be desired. Two superior, unreleased tracks that were recorded during the same recording session may be heard on Rocky Mountain Low.
